Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use three categories of cookies: necessary, analytics and marketing.
1. Necessary cookies
No consent required.
These cookies are required for the Service to function and stay secure. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as login or checkout. Under Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications, consent is not required for these.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clerk session cookies | Clerk, Inc. | Keeps the User’s session logged in | Per Clerk’s configuration, typically for the session/several days |
session_seen | RevOps Labs s.r.o. (first party) | Prevents double-counting sign-ins | 30 days |
| Support (impersonation) cookie | RevOps Labs s.r.o. (first party) | Time-limited support session for account troubleshooting | 12 hours |
| Cookie consent preference | RevOps Labs s.r.o. (first party) | Remembers your cookie banner choice | 12 months |
| Paddle.js / Retain tracking | Paddle | Loads on every page so the checkout widget works and so Paddle Retain can recognize a returning visitor once they have a subscription; does not run behavioral advertising | Per Paddle’s own cookie policy |
2. Analytics
2.1 Umami — cookieless, no consent required
On this website we use Umami (operated by Umami Software, Inc., via cloud.umami.is and configured for EU data hosting) to measure website traffic — for example most-visited pages, traffic sources and engagement — in aggregate form.
Umami does not use cookies or local storage. Per its own documentation, visitors are identified only by a temporary hash of the website ID, hostname and browser user agent combined with a salt that rotates hourly/monthly, so no persistent identifier is ever stored in your browser and you are never tracked across websites or visits. Your IP address is used momentarily to compute this hash and derive an approximate country-level location, and is not stored.
Because Umami stores nothing on and reads nothing from your device, it does not fall under Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications (implementing Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive), which requires consent only for storing or accessing information on a visitor’s terminal equipment. Umami therefore runs on every visit regardless of your cookie choice below, and is not offered as a toggle in the cookie banner or Cookie settings.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Cookie set? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Umami analytics | Umami Software, Inc. | Aggregate website traffic and engagement; data is hosted in the EU | None; server-side retention follows our account settings |
2.2 In-product analytics — consent required
Consent required.
These tools are not used on this marketing website but may be used inside the Hugo application, where enabled. Where enabled, we use Amplitude with EU data residency for product-usage analytics. We may also use PostHog for product-usage analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for performance measurement. Sentry may be used for error monitoring and diagnostics.
These providers may use local storage, cookies or similar identifiers according to their configuration. Where consent is required, their scripts and storage remain disabled until you enable Analytics in the application’s cookie/consent settings.
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amplitude analytics | Amplitude, Inc. | In-product feature usage and product improvement; configured with EU data residency | According to the configured consent and retention settings |
| PostHog analytics | PostHog, Inc. | In-product feature usage and product improvement, where enabled | According to the configured consent and retention settings |
| Vercel Speed Insights | Vercel Inc. | Website and application performance measurement, where enabled | According to Vercel’s configured service settings |
| Sentry | Functional Software, Inc. | Error monitoring and technical diagnostics, where enabled | According to the configured error-retention period |
3. Marketing cookies
Consent required.
We use:
- Google Ads remarketing (Google Ireland Limited) — to re-target visitors of the Service with ads across Google’s ad network (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) — to measure conversions and build remarketing/lookalike audiences for ads on Facebook and Instagram.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au | Google Ireland Limited | Links conversions from Google Ads | 90 days |
_fbp | Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | Browser identifier for Meta Pixel | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | Stores the click identifier from a Meta ad | 90 days |
fr | Meta Platforms Ireland Limited | Ad delivery and measurement on Meta platforms | 90 days |
Note on Meta Pixel: under Meta’s Controller Addendum to its Business Tools Terms, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is a joint controller for certain processing of data collected by the base Pixel code. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookie Policy for details of Meta’s own processing.
The maximum duration a visitor can remain in a Google Ads remarketing audience is 540 days. The actual value is configured in Google Ads and may be shorter.
4. Cookie consent and how to withdraw it
Marketing cookies are set only after you give explicit consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Without consent, these cookies do not fire. Cookieless Umami analytics (Section 2.1) is not a cookie and is not gated by this banner; where in-product analytics tools do use cookies or local storage (Section 2.2), those remain off until you opt in within the application.
Rejecting consent must not be harder than granting it.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the website or app. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.
Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through this tool.
