The Free plan currently allows:
- 3 active institutions;
- 10 active financial products/accounts across all institutions combined;
- 3 active physical assets;
- 12 months of accessible history.
Premium removes these limits.
What happens above a limit
If a Premium account returns to Free, Hugo does not delete excess data. For institutions, products, and physical assets, the first items alphabetically up to the applicable limit remain accessible; the rest become locked.
A product can be locked by the account-wide product limit even when its institution is accessible. A locked institution also prevents access to its products.
Locked data can make aggregate sections appear obscured, because totals would otherwise reveal only part of the financial picture. Upgrade to restore access.
Entities, Projections, and Hugo’s monthly AI recap can also be Premium-gated or controlled by platform configuration. The interface shows a locked page or upgrade prompt when access is unavailable.
